Care&: Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your Care& account, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

1. Identify Yourself: Clearly state your app username and associated email address.
2. Submit Your Request: Use the provided form in the app or email us directly at helpdesk@careand.ca with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

Data Deletion Policy:

Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account credentials, including your username and password. However, please note that we are obligated to retain your health records for a specific period, as mandated by Canadian law.

Data Retention:

• Data to be Deleted: Username and Password
• Data to be Retained: Health Records
• Retention Period: In accordance with Canadian law, we must retain your health records for 10 years.

We assure you that all retained data will continue to be protected and used solely for compliance with legal requirements.
