Virtual care should be used to complement physical, in-person appointments. Telemedicine makes in-person appointments more efficient and at Care& we believe in continuity of care. Our difference is that we have all of these services under one platform. The practitioner who provides the telemedicine appointment is the same practitioner  who will see you in person after your telehealth consultation. Our technology allows us to create the most user friendly, integrated experience for all patients and our agile system ensures that patients will be seen within 24-48 hours of booking. This allows urgent concerns to be addressed without stress added to our emergency services, as many walk-in’s and emergency room visits could be avoided with accessible options. As a private healthcare practice, we are able to offer all of these services in a more efficient and more affordable way than what taxpayers currently pay through the public healthcare system.
